And the winner of the BEST hotel room goes to...

Hampton Inn & Suites in Green River, Wyoming.

This was not a Priceline find, and besides the cabin we'll be staying in at Yellowstone it was the most expensive.  But so worth it.  I only wish we could have stayed longer.

Sorry I don't have a better image -- I had to snag this one from their website -- but just picture a room large enough for two full beds, a sleeper sofa, a sitting area, a kitchenette, a desk, and a large flat screen tv.  And enough floor space for a round of duck duck goose.  Not that we played duck duck goose, but still.  It was big.

We checked in early enough to have dinner at the local Taco Time and then watch Race to Witch Mountain as we all sprawled out on the two puffy, fluffy, comfy beds.

It was a very relaxing time.

The next morning we had a nice, hot complimentary breakfast in their dining area and the kids went for a dip in the indoor pool.

The next time you're in Green River, check out the Hampton Inn.  But you'll need an updated map.  It's so new the road didn't even show up on the Nuvi.
